Returns, Exchanges & Refunds
Exchange and Return requests must be made within 7 days of you receiving your order. *Conditions apply, see below.
PLEASE NOTE:
We do not offer returns for refunds, only store credit.
Returns are not accepted for custom orders. Store credit codes may not apply to some sale events/items because you must redeem the same amount spent from your original order.
RESTOCK FEE
Due to the made-to-order nature of our products, any item returned or exchanged is subject to a 10% restocking fee to cover the the costs including labor, materials, and storage of the restocked item. The customer is also responsible for the shipping for their return and/or exchange. (If you return for store credit, the restock fee will be deducted from your store credit amount.)
This means please do your DUE DILIGENCE when it comes to choosing your correct size and planning ahead for any events (if you have questions about size or deadlines, best to confirm with me first via IG DM or email). Goodwill adjustments may be applicable in some cases, but never implied.
Why the restock & shipping fee?
I am one person with a small Los Angeles atelier, not an endless warehouse like Amazon. All products are made specifically for your order in your size and ships directly from our manufacturer in India to you. Returns/exchanges are sent back to me in LA. I do not have a warehouse to store large quantities of stock, and returned items are not easy to resell due to the wait for another customer to order exactly the same thing you did in the same size, which can take a while. That means for exchanges I cover the cost of production, materials, labor, and shipping twice, and your return ends up sitting in storage until that specific item sells again alone, not combined in a new order with other new items that need to be made.
Size Exchange:
We accept exchanges of any item (except custom orders) for a different size (if it is unworn and within the 2 week return window). To be approved for a size exchange, please send an email or Instagram DM and include front and back photos of your item in new/unworn condition with tag still attached. The new size will be shipped upon receiving your first item back in new/unworn condition.
*Customers are responsible for return shipping and will be provided with our return address upon exchange approval. Shipping cost of their new exchange order MAY be covered by Enjoué, depending on your country and shipping costs.
Item Exchange:
To exchange one item for a different item, requests must be sent by email or Instagram DM within 2 weeks of receiving your package, and approved by our team. To be approved for an item exchange, please include front and back photos of your item in new/unworn condition with tag still attached. You will be provided with a store credit code in the value of the first item with restocking fee deducted, which can be used to purchase the new item.
*Customers are responsible for return shipping and will be provided with our return address upon exchange approval.
Item Return:
To make a return for store credit, requests must be sent within 2 weeks of receiving your order by email or Instagram DM and approved by our team. To be approved for a return, please include front and back photos of your item in new/unworn condition with tag still attached. A store credit in the amount of the item (minus restocking fee & original shipping fees) will be issued as a personalized promo code, after receiving the item back.

Order CancelLation:
We do not offer order cancellation after 24 hours or once an order is in processing as it will already be prepped for made-to-order or to be shipped. In the event of a store sale, we do not offer refunds or partial refunds for previous orders made prior to the date of the sale or without the use of a promo code.
Disclaimer:
Customer is responsible for the care of their corset/garment. Once the package leaves our facility, we are not responsible for any loss or damage to the garments while in shipping or when handled by the customer. Mild wrinkles may occur on the corset/garment from packaging or wearing and is considered normal- the customer is responsible for removing any wrinkles if they so choose (see our Care & Cleaning guide for tips).
Enjoué is a small, slow fashion brand and each of our corsets/garments is handmade to order with fabric dying and printing in small quantities, so all are inspected before sending to ensure top quality and no defects. Some variations in the products may occur due to our small batch production such as fabric dye color, ribbon color, etc. We will not accept returns for minor differences in the product appearance.
*Conditions:
Your return will not be accepted if your item was worn or worn for photoshoots. If your item is returned in a condition that shows makeup marks, stains, or noticeable wearing, your refund will not be approved and you will be given the opportunity to pay for shipping of the item back to you. When your return is approved, you will receive store credit in the amount of the returned product (minus restock & shipping fees) as a personalized coupon code. We are not responsible for lost, re-routed, returned, delayed, or stolen packages, whether of your original delivery or return/exchange packages that you ship to us. Enjoué is not responsible to cover any import duties or fees for re-shipment if your return/exchange package is returned to you due to any shipping error. Refunds for your return can NOT be made for a package that has been lost en route to us- in this case please file a claim with the shipping company.
