Returns, Exchanges & Refunds
Exchange and Return requests must be made within 7 days of you receiving your order. *Conditions apply, see below.
Please note:
We do not offer returns for refunds, only store credit. Returns may not be accepted for custom orders. Store credit codes may not apply to some back order, pre-sale, or special order items due to the nature of our small batch production. Store credit codes may not apply to some sale events/items because you must redeem the same amount spent from your original order.
For LARGE order returns on orders over $500, a $10 restocking/re-shipping fee may apply per item being returned. (Does not apply to exchanges.) This cost will be deducted from your store credit code. This is due to the made-to-order nature of our products.
Size Exchange:
We accept exchanges of any item for a different size (if it is unworn & your desired size is in stock). To be approved for a size exchange, please send an email or Instagram DM and include front and back photos of your item in new/unworn condition with tag still attached. The new size will be shipped upon receiving your first item in new/unworn condition. *Customers are responsible for return shipping and will be provided with our return address upon exchange approval. Shipping cost of their new exchange order will be covered by Enjoué.
Item Exchange:
To exchange one item for a different item, requests must be sent by email or Instagram DM within 1 week of receiving your package, and approved by our team. To be approved for an item exchange, please include front and back photos of your item in new/unworn condition with tag still attached. The new item will be shipped upon receiving your first item in new/unworn condition. *Customers are responsible for return shipping and will be provided with our return address upon exchange approval. Shipping cost of their new exchange order will be covered by Enjoué.
Item Return:
To make a return for store credit, requests must be sent within 1 week of receiving your order by email or Instagram DM and approved by our team. To be approved for a return, please include front and back photos of your item in new/unworn condition with tag still attached. A store credit in the amount of the item (minus shipping fees) will be issued as a personalized promo code, after receiving the item back in new/unworn condition. *Customers are responsible for return shipping and will be provided with our return address upon exchange approval. Shipping cost of their new exchange order will be covered by Enjoué.
International Returns/Exchanges:
International customers are responsible for return and exchange shipping, and will be provided with our return address upon approval. Once we receive your return, we cover the cost of your new exchange shipment.
Order CancelLation:
We do not offer order cancellation after 24 hours or once an order is in processing as it will already be prepped for made-to-order or to be shipped. In the event of a store sale, we do not offer refunds or partial refunds for previous orders made prior to the date of the sale or without the use of a promo code.
Disclaimer:
Customer is responsible for the care of their corset/garment. Once the package leaves our facility, we are not responsible for any loss or damage to the garments while in shipping or when handled by the customer. Mild wrinkles may occur on the corset/garment from packaging or wearing, and is to be considered normal- the customer is responsible for removing any wrinkles if they so choose (see our Care & Cleaning guide for tips).
Enjoué is a small, slow fashion brand and each of our corsets/garments is handmade in small quantities, so all are inspected before sending to ensure top quality and no defects. Some variations in the products may occur due to our small batch production such as fabric dye color, ribbon color, etc.
*Conditions:
Your return will not be accepted if your item was worn or worn for photoshoots. If your item is returned in a condition that shows makeup marks, stains, or noticeable wearing, your refund will not be approved and you will be given the opportunity to pay for shipping of the item back to you. When your return is approved, you will receive store credit in the amount of the returned product (minus shipping fees) as a personalized coupon code. We are not responsible for lost, re-routed, returned, or stolen packages that you send back to us, or any fees for re-shipment if your return package is returned to you due to any shipping error. Refunds can not be made for a package that has been lost/stolen– in this case please file a claim with the shipping company.
