CAN I CHANGE OR CANCEL MY ORDER?
HOW CAN I CHECK THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?
You will receive an email with your tracking number once your order has shipped. If you created an account with us, you will be able to login to check the status of your order.
WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?
We currently accept PayPal, and all cards through Stripe.
THE ITEM I WANT IS OUT OF STOCK
Some items will be restocked regularly while some items are Limited Edition. Feel free to reach out to inquire about any items you like.
THERE IS A PROBLEM WITH MY ORDER
If you find there is a problem with your order once received, such as missing items, or any other concerns please email us within 7 days of receiving your order and we will get everything sorted.
WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?
All orders ship in 2 – 3 business days, excluding items on backorder, pre-sale, or custom orders. If your item is being made-to-order, there will be a notice on that product’s page with the expected processing time. Please be aware we do not ship orders on Sunday or US holidays. Once your order is processed you will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING AND TAXES
Shipping and Taxes for International orders are calculated individually at checkout and vary by country.
