CAN I CHANGE OR CANCEL MY ORDER?

Unfortunately, at this time we cannot offer cancellations on your order, unless you put the request within 24 hours of a business day, and receive a reply within that time frame. Please note that because we work hard to process and ship orders quickly, a cancellation may not be possible. Custom/Special orders cannot be canceled due to the nature of the order.
 

HOW CAN I CHECK THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?

You will receive an email with your tracking number once your order has shipped. If you created an account with us, you will be able to login to check the status of your order.

WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?

We currently accept all cards through Stripe.

THE ITEM I WANT IS OUT OF STOCK

Some items will be restocked regularly while some items are Limited Edition. Feel free to reach out to inquire about any items you like.

THERE IS A PROBLEM WITH MY ORDER

If you find there is a problem with your order once received, such as missing items, or any other concerns please email us within 7 days of receiving your order and we will get everything sorted.

WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?

Order processing usually takes approximately 1-4 business days, sometimes 4-7 depending on the volume of orders. Different processing time applies to custom orders, pre-sales, backorders, and made-to-order items). Once your order is processed you will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information. If your email does not contain a tracking number due to a glitch, please contact us on Instagram to receive it.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING AND TAXES

Shipping and Taxes for International orders are calculated individually at checkout and vary by country. The customer is the importer of their purchased goods and is responsible for paying any import duties.

MY PACKAGE IS MISSING

Once your order is assigned a tracking number and the package leaves our facility, it is the responsibility of the courier. We are not responsible for packages lost during shipment or stolen. If you move to a new address after placing your order, we cannot guarantee your address can be changed, or that your package can be re-routed. Please ensure you have mail forwarding if you change your address after placing an order. For lost packages, file a claim with the shipping company and contact them to resolve any issues. If your package is missing but shows no tracking updates, it’s possible the mail lost the package and did not scan it when they received it. In this case, the customer has up to 2 months from the date of the tracking number being created to contact us for a solution. After 2 months, Enjoué is no longer responsible for the lost package, but we will do our best to provide you with a solution.

*Please note, tracking numbers expire after 3 months and we will not be able to track down your package or provide information on it past this time.

Please see our complete Size Guide for your reference. We recommend comparing your measurements so you are happy with the fit of your garment and can avoid the return process.

DISCLAIMER

Customer is responsible for the care of their corset/garment. Once the package leaves our facility, we are not responsible for any loss or damage to the garments while in shipping or when handled by the customer. Mild wrinkles may occur on the corset/garment from packaging and is to be considered normal- the customer is responsible for removing any wrinkles if they so choose (see our Care & Cleaning guide for tips).
