Special Orders
Looking for a size that’s not currently on our chart, a custom color/fabric, or one of our corsets made in white for your wedding?
Read on to learn how our special orders work! Please carefully read the Customer Agreement/Code of Conduct at the bottom!
Custom Designs: CLOSED
Custom Sizes: OPEN
Bridal / Elopement
For weddings/elopement orders, we can do almost any of our corset designs in white, ivory, off-white, or cream colors. Available fabrics include silk, satin, taffeta, cotton, crepe, and more. Please specify your choice in your email, and plan to get your Enjoué corset/garment before any other outfit pieces to ensure your fabric color tones match.
Please account for up to 1 month for your custom order to be made and arrive to you. You will want to consider this and order as far in advance as possible.
*We do not accept returns/exchanges for custom orders, and are not responsible for lost, delayed, or stolen packages
Why Special Orders for Plus Size?
We currently take special orders for any sizes not currently on our chart. The reason we cannot carry stock in extended/plus sizes yet is because we are a small, new brand, and it’s too costly to produce large quantities of stock in sizes that hardly sell. To avoid loss and being wasteful, we produce what items and sizes sell the most, and restock what products sell out.
As Enjoué grows and demand increases for other sizes, we will begin to make these sizes available in more of our designs.
But for now, we make special orders possible so that everyone is included. 🙂
You can reach out about any custom sizing for a special order!
How does it work?
1. To contact us for special orders, you can either email or DM us (@enjouecollectif) on Instagram. IG is preferred for faster replies.
2. You will need to provide your measurements, specifically bust and waist. Be sure they are accurate, not a guess. Bra size is not the same thing as your bust circumference, so please measure yourself. You can ask me about your measurements and desired garment fit.
3. Timing: please keep in mind it can take 2-8 weeks to complete a special order depending on the complexity of your request. If you’re just getting one of our corsets in your custom size, it will take approximately 2 weeks. Special fabrics/colors take longer due to sourcing and confirming materials. So be sure to reach out far enough in advance and let us know if you need it by a certain deadline.
4. Please state your priority with your custom order, whether it be getting the exact color shade to match your outfit, a special type of fabric, or getting it delivered to you by a certain date. As I’m working with a team overseas on an opposite time zone, a lot of the process takes time and not every desire can be met. Not even I can always find the exact fabrics I wish for!
4. Once your details are confirmed, I’ll add your special listing to the site and you can make your order like usual and track the status and shipping. Your order must be made before we will make your garment.
Fee: Starting at $60
All special orders (except when ordering a standard size not on our chart such as XXS or 3XL, etc.) start at a $60 special order fee in addition to the baseline cost of the corset/garment you are ordering. A final estimate will be given once all details are confirmed and we have priced out all required materials/services.
*IMPORTANT NOTE
Customer Agreement/Code of Conduct:
1. We do not accept returns or exchanges for special orders under any circumstance, due to the nature of the custom creation and inability to re-sell a one-off piece.
2. Please leave room in your expectations for slight variances in the final outcome, as I’m unable to check over your custom garment in person as I would when making my own designs (which can take months of sample work). Your garment is shipped from our manufacturer directly to you. Thus, I do my best to get exact color match etc. from the team and prioritize what you tell me to focus on. In the end, our goal is to get your order to you on time and with the best quality.
3. Working with Enjoué on a custom order is a special experience and often takes a lot of time for me to personally communicate between you and our team to finalize your request. As much as I value our customers, I equally value the hard work of our team over in India who I work closely with every day. To create your custom order, both I and my team have to take time away from Enjoué’s existing customer orders to create for you. Thus in order to protect the team’s time, cost, and work as they draft up custom size designs or travel hours to different markets to source custom fabrics upon request, I will not tolerate rude or ungrateful customers who find complaint with any of the custom work we offer.
*Our quality always maintains the same level guaranteed, and I personally go to great lengths to handle each special order, often spending hours into the night to work with our team in the opposite time zone just to focus specially on your order. Realistically, it’s not always possible to guarantee every custom design may turn out *exactly* as you might dream it in your mind, and sometimes there are miscommunications or misunderstandings when a customer does not fully understand this field of work or the terms. Therefore please keep an open mind to this intricate and complex process before considering making a special custom order, and be as clear up front with what you want me to prioritize. We want nothing more than to make your dream garment come true, and I do my best to bridge the gap between your vision and the complicated fashion industry!
If you have any further questions about the process, feel free to reach out!
