SHIPPING
Shipping and taxes are calculated for your order at checkout.
Order processing usually takes 4-7 business days (with some exceptions) depending on the volume of orders. Different processing time applies to custom orders. Shipping time is approximately 5-10 days (with some exceptions).
Your package will be shipped via UPS, though we sometimes use FEDEX, DHL, or USPS depending on the customer location. Once processed, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking information (if tracking does not show in your email, you can find it in your account order info on the site).
DELAYS / ADDRESS CHANGE / LOST PACKAGE / RETURN TO SENDER
Once your order has been shipped, Enjoué is not responsible for any shipping delays, or lost/stolen packages. Once your package leaves our facility it becomes the responsibility of the shipping company and all claims must be filed through them. In such a case, to check which carrier to contact you can enter your tracking number into Google Search and contact the shipping provider from there.

For packages returned to sender, please contact our support team to arrange for it to be sent to you again. The customer is responsible for the additional shipping cost.
If your package is missing but shows no tracking updates, it’s possible the mail lost the package and did not scan it when they received it. In this case, the customer has up to 30 days from the date of the tracking number being created to contact us for a solution. After 30 days, Enjoué is no longer responsible for the package, but we will do our best to provide you with a solution.
*Please note, tracking numbers expire after 3 months and we will not be able to track down your package or provide information on it past this timeframe.
PLEASE ensure you input your correct shipping address into your order, we cannot guarentee an address change after you place your order. If you move to a new address AFTER placing your order, we cannot guarantee your address can be changed, or that your package can be re-routed. Please ensure you have mail forwarding if you change your address after placing an order.
TAXES & DUTIES
**US TARIFFS**
US orders are currently 50% tariffs BUT we have arranged it so yiur tariffs will be only approximately $20 per item instead of 50% of the value. This is only expected to be in effect until November 2025.
All shipments (usually outside the US) may be subject to local taxes, customs, duties, and fees levied by the destination country. The customer is the importer and is responsible for all Import Fees. Enjoué is not responsible for the customer’s Import Fees. We will not pay your duties or tariffs. *PLEASE WATCH FOR YOUR ENJOUÉ SHIPMENT COMING FROM INDIA.
If you refuse your delivery, your package will be abandoned and destroyed by the shipping company at your expense (you are not entitled to a refund). We will not accept the package returned to sender as the cost is $250+. Please do not waste the labor, material, products, or your money by refusing your delivery.
