- Shipping times vary by destination.
- Once a tracking number is issued and the package leaves our facility, the carrier is responsible for delivery.
- If tracking shows no movement, customers must contact us within 60 days of tracking creation.
7. Cancellations
- Cancellation requests must be made within 24 hours of placing the order.
- Cancellation is not guaranteed once processing begins.
- Custom or special orders cannot be canceled.
8. Returns & Exchanges
- Returns are accepted for store credit only within 14 days of delivery.
- Items must be unworn and have original tags attached.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
- A 10% restocking fee may apply for size exchanges.
- Custom or special orders are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
